“Le Matin” - A new album by Carolyna Picknick is released today on Bandcamp! Dina Maccabee and Sylvain Carton have been accumulating tunes, arrangements, and are happy to announce the completion of this 2nd album of works.  “Le Matin” features compositions by Dina Maccabee, Mouzhan Yousefi, Dan Cantrell, and Sylvain Carton, and highlights guest performers Dan Cantrell (accordion/mallets) and Marié Abe (accordion) on a few of the tracks. Started in San Francisco and finished in Los Angeles, “Le Matin” steps out of the purely string band/Appalachian/bluegrass vibe of the self-titled debut album, and incorporates a touch of sweetly-orchestrated old world sound made for Hollywood, or at least made in Hollywood…

Today, the 1st Friday of the month, is “Bandcamp Friday” which means all proceeds from Bandcamp sales go directly to the artists!
